They has asked to me if it could have relation between the Disclosure Project and the cure for this disease, that has tormented and consumes to us, and that potentially is mortal.

Yes it has, more than ever.

During almost 10 years we have had meetings with CIA and Pentagon executives and political personages, pleading for a general revelation on the calls Ufos, the Extraterrestrial Intelligence and the related energy and propulsion systems and that at the moment are kept in “classified” illegal projects. These projects, not supervised by the Congress or the President, are illegal, dark operations and come from malefactors that are a direct threat for the national and world-wide security interests. Its “dark” form of financing deprive to the authentic security programs, from intelligence and the military; of the necessary support, as well as the technological resources. The new technologies are refused to them, when they could prevent and intercept the catastrophe of the 11 of September.

Our true government, valid and legal, is private of technologies and financing that could have avoided the massive national security failure and that culminated in the 11 of September events. Whereas the conventional and legal programs are undergoing lack of personnel and new technologies, the dark, clandestine and illegal projects are financed with more than $100 billion of dollars to the year. These operations, more of them privatized, have means and the technologies to have prevented the 11 of September events. And even so, they did not do anything.

Why? Because they do not exist. Consider these words of the Inouye Senator: “It exists a Government in the dark that has its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own mechanism for founds collection, and with the ability to follow his own ideas of national interest, frees of all control and frees of the same law.”

In this dark underworld, now exist the technologies to supervise, to intercept and to penetrate the terrorist cells of Osama bin Laden and others. But this it is a case, not only the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, but that the hand left not even knows that the right one exists.

Those “dark” projects are hidden, underneath the enormous bureaucracy from government, in the military intelligence, in corporative laboratories operations and institutions in the USA and abroad, compartmented and moved away of the public, the Congress, the CIA Director, the Defense Secretary and generally of the President. The Disclosure Project has penetrated these projects, has obtained the key testimony, names and facilities locations. The illegal nature of such projects, their highly compartmented nature and its great financial resources prevents the monitoring and the normal control of the citizenship government.

These projects are able to elude the detection, to work in compartmented cells that are financed by clandestine sources and are able to evade the interception of the investigating experts in the Congress, those of the Defense Department and the CIA. In truth, his modus operandi is not different from the same as terrorist cells that we are trying to penetrate and to neutralize.

Do not consent you that anybody interpret this like an accusation to the “Government”, “CIA”, “Pentagon” and etc. On the contrary, the point is that the conventional, legal government, the military and intelligence community are the first victims of these operations, are not the authors. In fact, in meetings with the Intelligence boss for the Junta of Chiefs of State (J-2), the boss of the Intelligence Agency for the Defense (DAY) and the CIA Director, I have had direct knowledge on their frustration and horror by the wild power of these illegal operations that mine our security, and put in ridiculous situation the legal authority and the constitution, as the Senator Intuits observed correctly:

I am sure that the 99% of the conventional government and the military community and intelligence, not to only they have denied access to these projects, but that also debilitate and prevent them, turning them victims.

To abbreviate, the Disclosure Project is ready to provide to Congress investigators and other ones from the government, the witnesses informants who can expose these operations, to give back them to the legitimate control of the government, where they can make some good to the citizenship. I do not have the smaller doubt than such hidden projects, have the wherewithal to prevent another 11 of September.

Beyond this, in 1994 Dick D'Amato, main adviser from Senate Appropriation Committee, he said me personally that with a citation power and a Top Secret authorization, he could not penetrate those illegal projects, and that every year, between $40 billion and $80 billion dollars entered to those secret operations. And those were dollars of 1994! In government budget numbers this means that today, more than $100 billion of dollars to year are turned aside to operations of doubtful value, that they do not benefit to the citizens and also can damage our national security.

The preparation and the capacity of our intelligence and military community, are being destroyed step by step by those “dark” projects, and still after 10 years of meetings with our leaders in Washington, in the United Nations and other countries; we still see that nothing has been made about this subject. We, normal people, the mass media and the Armed Forces must demand an exchange, before it will be more later. Our government, our nation, the citizens and our valiant men and women from the military and intelligence community, need and deserve something better. We must retire to these dark projects and give back to the people and to the citizenship representatives, the wherewithal to protect and to defend our nation and the civilized world.

But these preoccupations, although are important; they are secondary with respect a greater and more fundamental problem: the clandestine projects, privatized to a great part by contractors who are pals of these dark operations, at level of corporations and government; they hide to the public the definitive cure for the worse of all the diseases: Petroleum.

We have hundreds of witnesses whose governmental declarations, documents and related evidences; they will show that the Ufos exist and that some of them are done by humans using extraordinary advance in physics, in energy generation and propulsion. To abbreviate, the necesary technologies to replace the fossil internal combustion and fuels motors, already exist in these clandestine projects; projects that we have paid.

Do not doubt this: we have not needed petroleum, and in special from Middle East petroleum, during decades and we can demonstrate it. And even so the angular stone of our foreign policy and our presence in that region with so many problems, has been oriented to assure cheap, abundant and trustworthy petroleum provisions. I repeat, the conventional government, the diplomats, the leaders of the Congress etc., do not completely know the existence of these new energy and propulsion systems of energy and propulsion. For that reason, they insist completely without information on a policy that assures the continuous and safe provision of this injurious matter, that it controls to all the western economy.

Not knowing these clandestine projects, our leaders do the best thing than they can, with both tied hands and the eyes bandaged. This does not have to excuse of any way, the cruel, monstrous and evil acts of Osama bin Laden or others like him. It cannot have no excuse to those so horrible facts. But now we can understand it:
